Prior to joining Applewood Pointe of Roseville, Tom worked as a maintenance technician at an independent living senior building of 125 units for 13 years. His experience includes overall building maintenance of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, boilers, landscaping, snow removal, unit turns, REAC inspections, building and repairing windows and screens. He also holds a special boilers license.
Tom is a Roseville resident, graduate of Cretin High School, attended Dakota County Tech for small business management and hardware and has served in the US Army.
