Our Team

Brenda Gammelgaard started with Paramark Real Estate Services in December 2019 and opened the Maple Grove at Arbor Lakes cooperative. She is a native of Osseo and currently resides in Ramsey with her husband and little dog Mocha. Brenda has over 17 years’ experience in senior housing. Prior to working in this industry, she sold residential real estate and represented a custom home builder in the Maple Grove area. Brenda found her passion working with seniors as a teenager working as a nurse aide. She enjoys hearing their stories and learning from their wisdom. Brenda has two married daughters and three grandchildren. When not working, she enjoys spending time at the lake and cannot get enough of her precious grandkids!

John Jelinek grew up in the Highland Park area of St. Paul. He has 20 years of experience in maintenance, including at multi-family housing. John’s favorite part of working at Applewood Pointe is meeting and getting to know all the wonderful people here.

Heather Alarcon moved to Minnesota six years ago from Las Vegas. Since then she has been working in the cleaning business. She is proud of her work and enjoys doing it. Heather has been married to her husband for 18 years and has five kids along with a dog named Ringo. She enjoys BBQ’s and watching movies. Heather is delighted to be working at Applewood Pointe of Maple Grove at Arbor Lakes in this beautiful environment with such great members.
