At Applewood Pointe of Edina at Grandview, your voice matters. The unique co-op community is 100-percent resident owned. Once United Properties has completed development of the community and all the homes have been sold, complete ownership is transferred to you and your neighbors. From that point on, all changes to community policies, amenities and more are decided by a board of resident-elected community members.
