Our Team

Dave started with Paramark Real Estate Services in April, 2019, when Applewood Pointe of Champlin at Mississippi Crossings opened. Prior to working at this community, Dave was a maintenance engineer at a cooperative in Minneapolis for three years. Before that, Dave was the owner and operator of a landscape/remodeling company for 15 years. Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Jacquie, and his family. He enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, four-wheeling, boating and working on his cabin. Dave likes the everyday interaction that he gets with members of the cooperative.

Sarah started at Applewood Pointe of Champlin at Mississippi Crossings in May , 2019. Prior to working at the cooperative, Sarah was a cleaner and a concierge for 12 years. Sarah loves working with the members at Mississippi Crossing and seeing them all on a daily basis. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her kids and fiancé. She likes to ride motorcycles and volunteer in her community.
