Our Team

Lisa joined the Applewood Pointe Sales Team in February 2020 as a sales associate. Prior to joining the team, Lisa worked as a sales coordinator at a senior community in Columbia Heights and has worked with the senior community for 11 years. Lisa also has experience in training and development, human resources and education. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Bemidji State University and obtained her Real Estate License from Kaplan University. In her free time, Lisa enjoys taking long walks, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Tanya joined the Applewood Pointe team in March 2021. Prior to joining the Applewood Pointe team, she supported leaders in a variety of industries including construction, finance, advertising, marketing and public relations. Tanya has a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in public relations and speech communications. In her free time, she loves attending her children’s sporting events, following college hockey, listening to live music and being the neighborhood dog sitter.

Stacy joined the Applewood Pointe team in 2004 and is the office manager for the Applewood Pointe sales office. Having been a part of the Applewood Pointe team since shortly after the first Applewood Pointe cooperative opened, she has a great depth of knowledge and experience in how our communities go from a dream to reality. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Mankato State University and an Office Administrator’s Certificate from Normandale College. After college and 10 years of moving around the country, she and her husband Joey have settled back in Bloomington and enjoy much of what the Minnesotan outdoors has to offer.

Prior to joining United Properties in 2019, Molly studied marketing and speech communications at St. Cloud State University. Molly has had her real estate license for over 20+ years and most recently obtained a real estate broker license. In her free time, Molly enjoys exercise, paddle boarding, baking, a good glass of wine, laughter and spending time with her family.

Stacy joined the Applewood Pointe team in 2015 and coordinates marketing efforts for future Applewood Pointe communities. In addition to writing and editing for print and digital content, she manages the Applewood Pointe website, digital advertising and social media. Stacy also works with United Properties' Amira and Amira Choice senior living brands. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time outdoors.

Lynn joined the United Properties team at the start of 2016, as the quality control liaison, a role designed to support our growing orchard of homeowners. In 2019, she was promoted to Residential Project Manager – New Construction. Lynn is the point person between buyers, marketing, development, property management and construction. Lynn worked in Chicago, IL and Madison, WI prior to accepting an opportunity in the Twin Cities. Her career experience has mostly been in sales, with an emphasis in commercial printing and media advertising. In 2011, she found a strong connection with residential construction and was employed in marketing and new business development for a custom home builder/remodeler. Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in marketing and minor in psychology from Northern Illinois University.

Colleen joined United Properties in 2015. She is the lead sales manager for the Applewood Pointe team. Prior to joining United Properties, Colleen studied at the University of Pittsburgh and has experience in banking, sales and education. She also has her real estate license. Colleen lives in Woodbury with her husband Tim.
