Lou grew up in River Falls, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in agriculture. Lou has been working in multi- family housing since managing rental property while attending UW River Falls. She started working at Applewood Pointe of New Brighton in 2017 and delights in her daily interactions with the co-op members. Lou lives in Anoka and enjoys boating and spending time with her family.
Brent has worked in the building maintenance industry since 1994 and has managed Applewood Pointe New Brighton’s maintenance since it opened in 2006. He thoroughly enjoys working with Applewood Pointe’s wonderful members and staff. Brent lives in Nowthen, MN with his wife Nancy and enjoys weight training and warm weather vacations.
Dave grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He started working for Applewood Pointe of New Brighton in June 2008. He loves the members and his daily interactions with them and his co-workers. Dave has worked in the maintenance and housekeeping industry for the last 25+ years. When he is not at work, he likes to golf, kayak, hike, bike and spend time with his son.
