We are always looking for additional locations where active adults can most benefit from cooperative living. Currently, we have new homes available in 2 locations- Applewood Pointe of Roseville at Langton Lake, and Applewood Pointe of Bloomington at Southtown.

Information Meetings

We cover general cooperative concepts, specific Applewood Pointe advantages, and the status of the current projects as well as take a tour of the common areas of the building and 3 homes.
