With a wonderful response from the community and referrals from our existing Bloomington cooperative, we hope to move forward with plans in 2008/2009 for Applewood Pointe of Bloomington at Southtown.
Applewood Pointe Cooperative of Bloomington at Southtown will be located in a quiet established residential neighborhood two blocks west of Penn Avenue on 82nd Street. Residents will enjoy a large deck area overlooking a pond with fountain, walking paths and a gazebo. The building design preserves beautiful views of the many mature trees on the site. Ideally situated within walking distance to the retail Southtown shopping area, this location offers nearby restaurants, medical and recreational options.
