Update- Late 2011

Recently, we had to make the very hard business decision of not moving forward on this project at this time. This decision was based on ten years of experience in the business of marketing and building Applewood Pointe cooperative homes.

We are still investigating other options that would provide Minneapolis with a high level of quality senior housing, similar to what you would expect at an Applewood Pointe.
