With more than 700 residents and five communities, we are continually improving our services by listening to your needs and desires. In addition to providing homes for active seniors, Applewood Pointe strives to create a relaxed, comfortable environment that feels like home.
We plan the Applewood Pointe communities with great detail and with your needs in mind. With seniors often deeply connected to their communities, we understand your need to remain close to home upon retirement or downsizing but without the hassle of maintaining a house.
We make sure each cooperative includes what is important to you at this stage in your life: a convenient location, a social community, easy access to businesses and close proximity to parks and trails.
In 2002, United Properties, the Twin Cities' largest commercial real estate services company, began exploring options to meet the changing real estate needs of local senior residents. United Properties began developing Applewood Pointe communities with its first site in Roseville and residents moved into their new homes in 2004. In addition, the company has completed senior cooperatives in Bloomington, Maple Grove, New Brighton and Woodbury with plans to expand into other suburbs of Minneapolis and St. Paul. See what’s new.
